Heritage Museums & Gardens has miles of walking paths and three museums featuring American Art. Visitors are welcomed to bring their own lunch, although no alchoholic beverages are allowed. Heritage is also handicap-accessible.

Other ammenities include:

     *Vending machines
     *Free parking in two convenient lots
     *Shuttles

In-Season Museum Hours:
April 1 to October 31
10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.

The Museum is not open for general visitation between January and March.  However, Heritage still offers many fine programs and workshops during this time.  To learn more, click here: EDUCATION

Directions to Heritage:
From Boston:
 - Take I-93 South, to Route 3 South
 - Continue over the Sagamore Bridge
 - Go over the Bridge to Route 6
 - From Route 6, take Exit 2 – Sandwich (Rte 130North)
 - At the end of the off-ramp, turn LEFT.
 - A little up the way, there will be a small pond to the left. At the Triangle intersection next to the Old Town Hall, take a LEFT on to Grove Street
 - The entrance to Heritage is on the Left

From Providence:
 - Take I-95 from Providence to I-495 to Cape Cod
 - I-495 South becomes Route 25 to the Bourne Bridge
 - Go over the Bridge.  About 3/4 of the way around the rotary,  – take the exit for Route 6 (Mid-Cape Highway)
 - Follow the signs to Route 6
 - From Route 6, take Exit 2 – Sandwich (Rte 130North)
 - At the end of the off-ramp, turn LEFT.
